The team has programs from feasibility through deployment, including 15 years of direct industrial experience around asset management, process digitisation, maintenance strategy, supply chain coordination. A dedicated AI and software unit applied machine learning to waste operations
Gemast built and currently operates R4 Monitoring, a digital platform for waste assets and fleets' management (compactors, containers, trucks, cranes, etc.), monitoring, and circular economy operations. R4's capabilities are made available to clients through Gemast. The result is a vertically integrated stack that goes from national policy to live operational platform.
